The famous Jaisalmer fort of Rajasthan, it has become as "Sonar Kella" to the people due to the famous director Satyajit Ray. The name of such a hill has been changed to "Pakhipahar".
"Murraburu" fell on the way from Balrampur to Baghmundi. Murra means bald. And Buru means hill. This bald hill has gradually become Pakhipahar. How? That is a great story. Chitta Dey from Entaly, Kolkata, a student of Government Art College. Tidy in costume but full of two-eyed dreams. His dream is to cut the mountain and make it look like a flock of birds.
Seeing Murraburu, he thinks that he has got the birdhill of his imagination. He started his work with 31 young people from the local area. Exercise in the morning, eat something and then start climbing the mountain with a rope tied around their waist. He made pictures of one bird after another with impossible difficulty and made them on the mountain.
But why did Chitta De suddenly go to give the mountain the shape of a bird? He said - there is a strange rhythm in the flight of birds and there is the joy of liberation. The bird that flies on the blue horizon is the thing of love of all people beyond the boundaries of country, time. But the 'bird is the occasion, the real subject is man'. His slogan is - "Flight to Harmony".
From a distance, it looks like a flock of flying birds, one of which will probably be 20 to 25 feet high. This huge activity happened many years ago. This expedition will make any emotional tourist to think over it. The dream of the sculptor's mind will be to carve a flock of birds across the hill as a symbol of unity.
